Legal Notice & Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with us, whether directly, through affiliates, third-party platforms, or otherwise, you automatically agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions.
1. Appointments and Bookings
1.1. All appointments must be booked via our approved booking channels (website, affiliates, phone, or in-person).
1.2. A non-refundable deposit of [£15] is required to secure all bookings, for vouchers we must have voucher code before booking.
1.3. Bookings are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by management.
2. Vouchers
2.1. Vouchers are strictly redeemable on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
2.2. Vouchers are not valid on Bank Holidays, weekends, or during promotional events unless stated otherwise.
2.3. Vouchers cannot be combined with discounts, offers, or loyalty schemes.
2.4. Vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable once issued.
3. Pricing and Price Match Policy
3.1. Our pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
3.2. We do not accept price match requests under any circumstances.
3.3. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
4.1. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit or full payment.
4.2. No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being forfeited without refund.
4.3. Persistent no-shows or late arrivals will result in permanent refusal of service.
5. Refunds
5.1. All treatments, deposits, vouchers, and products are non-refundable.
5.2. Refunds will only be issued where services are proven faulty or misrepresented, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
6.1. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct.
6.2. Any such behaviour will result in immediate refusal or termination of service, removal from the premises, and possible reporting to law enforcement.
7. Health and Safety
7.1. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
7.2. We accept no liability for adverse effects or injuries caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
7.3. Pregnant clients must notify us prior to booking to ensure treatments are suitable.
8. Legal Agreement
8.1. By booking with us, whether directly or through affiliates, you automatically enter into a binding agreement to these terms.
8.2. These terms are enforceable under the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

1. Membership Overview
T&R Holistic Services memberships are designed to offer clients flexible access to discounted or complimentary treatments, exclusive offers, and wellness benefits. Each membership functions as a pre-paid product valid for a specific period.
2. Purchase & Activation
- Memberships can be purchased directly via our website or in-studio.
- Upon purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your Order Number, which serves as your membership ID.
- Your membership becomes active from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated
3. Duration & Renewal
- Each membership is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
- There is no automatic renewal and no direct debit.
- To continue your benefits, simply repurchase your membership at any time — there is no minimum term or contract.
- You may pause or skip a month whenever you wish without penalty.
4. Booking & Redemption
- To redeem your membership benefits, please quote or enter your Order Number when booking online or in person.
- Membership benefits apply only to the treatments listed under your membership tier.
- All bookings remain subject to therapist availability and studio scheduling.
5. Expiry & Rollover
Membership benefits are valid for 30 days after purchase.
- Unused sessions may be rolled over for up to one (1) additional month, subject to therapist availability.
- After the rollover period, any unused sessions or credits will expire and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- As memberships are purchased as one-off pre-paid products, cancellations simply involve not repurchasing the next cycle.
- Memberships are non-refundable once activated or partially used.
- In cases of illness or special circumstances, extensions may be granted at the discretion of T&R Holistic Services management.
7. Transfers & Sharing
- T&R Holistic Services memberships are shareable between the named member and one nominated person (such as a family member, partner, or friend).
- Shared use must be confirmed under the original purchaser’s name and order number.
- Both users must book within the same 30-day membership validity period.
- The nominated person cannot book independently without the member’s consent.
- T&R Holistic Services reserves the right to refuse or revoke shared usage if misuse, reselling, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
8. Changes to Memberships
- T&R Holistic Services reserves the right to update or modify membership prices, inclusions, or conditions at any time.
- Any significant changes will be announced via email or displayed on our website prior to taking effect.
- Ongoing members will be given the option to renew under new terms or discontinue without penalty.
9. Liability & Conduct
- Members are expected to behave respectfully within the studio and follow all treatment guidelines.
- T&R Holistic Services will not be liable for missed appointments, personal property loss, or misuse of membership benefits.
